Handmade halterneck vintage inspired floral pearl feather lace and satin ribbon tutu dress. Tutus on this website are made with hundreds of metres of soft tulle. Comes in about knee length or ankle length. If required extra tulle can be purchased seperately. Can be made with 2 shoulder straps if preferred.
